SVM is an Engineering and General Maintenance Sub Contractor Business, formed in 1994 and at the time, were predominantly responsible for maintaining the Ports Vehicle Fleet in Ireland and Stranraer for Stena Line.
We have since expanded the business and hold port maintenance contracts with both Stena Line and P&O Ferries at Cairnryan, which includes fender repairs and linkspan maintenance. In addition, we also carry out ship equipment maintenance for the Stena Line fleet.
We also have an electrical department which provides domestic and commercial electrical maintenance.
Additional contracted work has been carried out for companies such as Amey (UK), Krandepan (Sweden), McLaughlin & Harvey (UK and Ireland), TTS (Sweden) and Stena Metal (Sweden)
